Hotel Cataleya

It s a nice hotel, really close to all amentities and central station, flexible check in and clean property

The hotel is located at the centre of Almere where you can access all amenities. The Hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. The only minus point for is the single room with double bed. The bed actually occupies the almost the entire room leaving only small space to move around. But then, it was manageable for a single person

First off I want to say for the price that was charged for the “Deluxe Room” was fine until I arrived and saw the room. Secondly I am requesting a refund due to the fact that the AC was not even working and even if the AC was working it is so small it wouldn’t even cool off inside of a car. The handheld fan that I was using outside was putting off more air and cooler air than what the AC was. I was forced to take my 4 month old child’s health into the fact and had to check out and find accommodation else where because I was scared that she would end up in the hospital because of how hot it was in that room. I asked the staff at the desk if there was another room and I was told by the staff that there wasn’t another room and so many people have either checked out or made complaints due to the lack there of with the ACs. I am asking for a refund due to the fact that I had to leave a hotel that I paid for because I was afraid that how hot it was in that “Deluxe Room” that it would have put my child into a heat stroke and in the hospital.
