Beneath the veneer of groovieness is a Days Inn, so as long as you're in the mindset of saving some $$ for a good bed and pillows but likely a bunch of other stuff that might be less-than, you'll be fine. Staff is very good, too (which will come in handy when you call them).

There is no sound insulation on any of the doors ,including the doors that ocnnect hotel rooms. You will hear everything that your neighbors do, and you will hear all noise that happens outside. Bring earplugs if you want any chance of good sleep.

The hotel itself is ok, but doesn't have hot water, a fact they don't tell you about during check-in. I cannot recommend.
