    The hotel did not have tap hot water supply for shower or at ther basin. Consider it a wrong declaration. Would therefore demand refund - womder what collection do Agoda havev to offer - pathetic ONLY INTERESTED FOR COMMISSION

    This is good hotel sasaram point of view. If I compare to other hotel of Indian city then definitely it laggs in terms of maintenance and cleaness. Given the rate around 3k I would say a good hotel to stay. My recommendation to management is to increase your price and provide better service(hot water 24/7, better bedsheet/linen, tea/coffee kit, better mattress, painting on wall etc.). Staffs are good.

    I pay for this hotel above 3k but as per price rooms and facilities was not justified. 1. No hot water cattle and tea coffee maker. 2. As entering room every time rooms was selling smokey. 3. No ventilation in room, one window in this room but it was blocked AC outdoor and locked. 4. AC remote was not working every time off with switch, it was located near bathroom. 5. Room service was very baad, they are missing any items in every order I give to restorent. 5. Restorent was also not good, in there room menu I think they have just 10% food option, but in menu there are lots of option. 6. Restorent staff also not professional when I give him order to Malai kofta they served with white with sweet gravy, when I ask him why you not telling me you have only this option others professional Restorent suggest and confirm what they have. I think hotel owner please look that matter we have book this type for comfort.
