Hotel Blue Diamond

Apart from the location, this hotel fails on cleanliness, professionalism, and basic guest facilities. One of the worst stays I have experienced. Detailed Review: I stayed at this property for 3 nights, and the experience was consistently disappointing. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. At check-in, the reception staff behaved unprofessionally and made an inappropriate remark about the booking amount, which created a negative first impression. Due to late arrival (around 9 PM), I had no practical option but to check in. The room lacked even the most basic amenities expected from a paid stay: • No toilet toiletries • No slippers • No complimentary drinking water • No bedside charging point • No doormat • Indian-style toilet with poorly maintained accessories • A used tongue cleaner found in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns I booked the stay one day at a time for 3 nights because cold weather and work commitments did not allow me to change hotels. During the stay, staff repeatedly pressured me to make direct payments instead of using the booking app, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this property reflects an outdated mindset, poor service standards, and lack of guest focus. ➡️ Only the location is acceptable. Everything else falls far below reasonable expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to other travellers.
