    The location is nearby the Ikebukuro station ,very convenient .And the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. As the price we book is definitely worth it. Thank you for everything.

    The receptionist was very friendly, the room was fully equipped, and there was even a laundry room. For this location and price, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

    I stayed here during a medical emergency and was extremely disappointed with the service, safety, and value. I emailed ahead requesting an earlier check-in (standard is 10:00 PM) due to my condition — no response at all between 2 PM and 10 PM. When I arrived at 10:30 PM, my key was left out on the front desk, completely unattended, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. I also needed an extra pillow to assist with breathing, but no one was available to help — no front desk support, no staff on call. For a property that claims to be a hotel, the lack of service and support was alarming. To make matters worse, I was charged 19,000 yen for a weekend night — the same price as a 4-star hotel nearby, yet this property doesn’t even have the basic standards of a true hotel. The room was small, poorly insulated, and the whole experience felt like a rip-off. When I contacted Agoda, there was no justification provided for how this property operates under the label of a “hotel.” The lack of accountability only made the experience worse. Would not recommend to anyone — especially not for travellers in vulnerable or urgent situations.
