The staff was good at communication prior to checkin. My preferences were met with. Very clean rooms, bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. Facilities can be improved. The only thing of low point was the intermittent smell of cigarette in the room.

We enjoyed 3-day stay, happy with everything. Staff Brigete was especially friendly and helpful who repeatedly let us know to tell her whatever for help. Superb experience!

My family and I booked a pretty last minute trip so we decided to stay a bit outside the old town as the center was quite expensive and mostly booked. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and breakfast nice but it does take 20 mins by car, at least, to get back and forth from the port and old town. Nothing walkable around the hotel.
