This hotel is ablittle more remote, so not for someone who wants nightlife or lots of people. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! They had a very good buffet breakfast next door. Our intial room smelled like cigarettes, so the woman at the front desk moved us immediately. The only thing is the A/C did not put out very much air and it was hot - hence the lower rating. The parking is up the road a ways and they go out of their way to shuttle you back and forth (We had to leave early to catch a ferry). There are at least 2 bar/restaurants right outside the front doors of the hotel and several options on that street. There is very little shopping close by as this is a little remote, but that is why we chose it.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and you cannot beat the location. But the kindness of the staff especially Sarah made it all so much sweeter.

Stayed at Baia for 2 nights.
Pros:
Polite and helpful staff
Close proximity to Sorrento
Free shuttle
Private beach in front of the hotel.
Pick up from in front of the hotel for boat tours to other towns.
Cons:
Very disappointing breakfast only had cold cuts, salads, breads and beverage.
Basic things like complimentary water not provided .
Even though the shuttles are available, the property is quite secluded and apart from a couple of restaurants and a small beach not much to do.
