    Away from impersonal hotel chains. Some people might like an upgrade in decor, but we liked having a key and having radiators we could easily turn on or off. We could also open windows if needed. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were able to watch local as well as international tv. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection. It was 10 mins walk to the centre, but we could have taken public transport.

    If you like the authentic feeling from the heydays of the Habsburg Empire Atlanta Hotel is the place. Large rooms with +4 meters to the stucco ceiling, and probably the same woodcarved doors and interiors as when the house was builded in 1895. Bathroom and elevator are new inventions. The beds are to the hard side. The Continental breakfast is a pleasant surprise. Very serviceminded staff.
