    It started rough after having to wait in line for 20 minutes to check in but it went up from there. The hotel is old and classy. Its location on the lake is stunning. We wish there was a gym or place to stretch; there is an area of the garden for yoga and reading but they don't have any mats.

    The hotel is a really good option for visiting the lake. The grounds are beautiful! And the staff was fabulous! Julio was the best! Beds were too firm for my liking but that’s just my preference. It’s a little bit of outside the main town but you can get transportation from the hotel to town. The food was on the pricey side (comparable to US prices) but you can always go in town if you want cheaper. I would still recommend this hotel.

    Beautiful property, gorgeous landscaping. Service was amazing too. We had a great time, food at the restaurant is great, would definitely recommend and hope to come back!
