Excellent location, but disappointing stay
The location is excellent, especially for those attending an exhibition at Messe Berlin—it is within walking distance, which is definitely a big advantage.
However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room was small and, in my opinion, overpriced for what was offered. The hallway was also very poorly lit, with no lights in some areas, which made it feel quite creepy and uncomfortable, especially at night.
Another major disappointment was the breakfast. The hotel’s advertisement mentioned breakfast, and I paid for it, but there was actually no breakfast being served. I found this very misleading and felt that this should have been clearly communicated before payment.
Because of these issues, I would not choose to stay here again. The location is great, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price.

Room was advertised as coming with breakfast, but cafe is shut. Pretty poor - don't know who is at fault, the hotel or Agoda, but they should communicate honestly with each other and customers
