    Look and view wise hotel and room are good but service is very poor. Each and every item need to be asked for from hotel staff. Basic things like toiletries, towels, normal drinking water, tea and coffee bags were missing from the room. The check in time was 1pm and we reached hotel at 3pm but the rooms were not ready. Had to wait 15-20 mins with kids in lobby to get the rooms cleaned. Breakfast was complimentary but so bad on first day that nobody ate it. It was cold, tasteless and felt like prepared hours before. Moreover there were just 2 options poha and puri bhaji. On the second day after giving feedback to manager it was better. It was served hot and there were 3-4 options.
