    nice hotel, staff ramah dan kamarnya juga luas dari hotel yg lain.. recommend sih stay disini, kalo ke sapporo lagi bakal stay disini lagi sih

    The room is old - wallpaper looks 50yrs old, same goes for the furniture and the bathroom. There were stains on furniture and bathroom tiles. Went during winter and the room had no proper ventilation so it was very hot. Their a/c could only generate hot air and no way to control or change the temperature. Even frontdesk staff agreed that it was too hot inside and this was during winter. Their solution was to provide us with a portable a/c unit - the kind that needs ice in order to function - plus we had to open the windows. We were originally booked to stay 4 nights but checked out the following day. Our winter trip was nearly ruined due to this experience. I don’t recommend this property at all with its current condition.

    I was dissatisfied with the stay, it’s not clean at all, you can see the dust around bed area. We check out early and we CANT store our luggage even for a couple of hours. given that this hotel is not cheap, I was so surprised with this policy!
