I chose this hotel because it has a review score of 8.2 on agoda, but on arrival I was shocked to see the poor quality of the rooms. Sheets were stained, pillow covers had small tears, and the door lock was broken in the room I was shown. The check in staff was kind enough to offer me a premium room but even this had a stained floor and black spots in the bathtub. The room was cold, and they did not have any room heaters. As the hotel is on a highway there was a lot of traffic noise, and worse, a loudspeaker was blaring throughout the night. I had paid for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. It was impossible to get through to Agoda to ask for help or a refund. Will probably never book through agoda again.

AC, TV not working, toilet hand fosset was not working, water leakage from bedroom and toilet.
No safety lock in main door
