    The reception is simple but receptionist attentive. The room is spacious and clean .i like the layout of walkway with sofas and make this hotel a pleasant surprise . Free shuttle to airport provided. Will definitely select this my next trip

    I prepaid for two nights (May 8–10) but couldn’t check in on Thursday due to an accident. I informed the hotel in advance that I’d arrive Friday. However, upon check-in, my Business King Room had been given away, and I was placed in a wheelchair-accessible room instead. This was disappointing, especially as a returning guest. Paying for two nights but only staying one, and not receiving the room type I had booked, is unacceptable. At the very least, the hotel should have ensured I received the accommodations I paid for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
