I’ll start by sharing that the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic and walking distance from everything in the city center area and the train station. However the room was kind of run down and small. Looked different than the photos. It was set up in a way that made it hard to function and move around within the room. They only had one functional outlet in the room so it was hard to charge everything conveniently (ex: couldn’t charge my phone by my bedside). The shower head was also broken as it was no longer attached to the wall so we had to hold the shower head in one hand while washing our hair.
