Excellent location with lift and easy access. Good quality breakfast till late which was a bonus. Not very keen on giving towels though which was very strange as we had two quadruple rooms booked and were only given 2 towels in each room and that's also after asking several times so that was quite disappointing. The lady in charge of cleaning wasn't very friendly and did not like us asking for towels and due to language barrier we couldn't explain her that we were a group of 8 people and were only had 2/3 towels in total. Location is in the middle of the square and very good breakfast in the cafe next door. Ther were couple of other small details missing but location and breakfast make up for them so not a big issue. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family

Enjoyed 14 nights in Hotel Ali. Large room and huge balcony with good views of Jemaa el Fnaa square. Hotel surrounded by souks, shops and restaurants. Room staff were very friendly and enquired almost every day as to what was required. Hind was exceptionally helpful and kind as was Abdullah also at the reception. All hotels should have a receptionist like Hind. Oisin in the restaurant was very kind and helpful during my wife's few days of being unwell. Thanks to all. Shukran

A room with a bed. Inadequate air-conditioning. Needs a refurb. Cracked tiles, stained shower tray. Was OK but if you can afford a bit more, do so. Riad omara al kasbah was so much better for not much more.
