If you are looking for just a basic room and bathroom for the night near the railway stations at a very reasonable prize, this is the place for you.
If you’re looking for a hotel with lots of amenities, look elsewhere. The room was quiet, clean and secure. The process of checking in was a little unusual but navigated in the end without too many issues.

It is a pity to write a review like this because I had a good first impression, and the receptionist was kind and attentive to our needs. But I have to say that this was a disappointing stay. Our room was facing an inner courtyard, so it was dark in the daytime. In the summer with the windows open you hear every word from other guests facing the same side up and down the building, and people in Spain can be loud and generally more nocturnal than I am used to. So we struggled to sleep, and then the elevator and the corridors made a lot of noise. The matress was not great, feeling every spring on my back. The flushing of the toiled is incredibly loud and can not be used in late ours, as it will definitely wake up the hotel. On top of all this, the shower in the morning shifts from cold to extremely hot every other second, actually making it unsafe all together.
Sadly, this was the worst accommodation we had in the last 5 days in Galicia. Room...for improvement.

Imagine you want to take a nice shower in the morning before your trip - and there is no hot water at all! Cold only, not even lukewarm. I was running tap for good 10min, both ways - cold either. Shame. Stay away from room 408B. Perhaps other rooms have hot running water.
Also water in the sink was running yellow at first. Bad pipes? Dunno. But I wouldn't drink it. Not a good experience. Also there could me more than one tiny bathroom wastebin in the room..
Other than that - good location, if you need to stay close to the bus station, big shopping mall is just behind the corner and it is relatively close to downtown - about 15min by foot. Funny video call check-in but the lady was really nice and patient.
