    Horrible hospitality, you book the most expensive room there, but they’ll end up giving you the cheapest room stating they’re full. The property overbooked the place and did not give us the room we booked and ended providing the cheapest smallest room they have and scamming us. The service is pathetic, nothing was provided in the room, even if we call multiple times to ask for a single towel, they ignore you and don’t provide with any amenities. On top of that the staff are super shady and I will not recommend women travellers to stay here by themselves as it feels totally unsafe and shady.

    Liked the hotel cleanliness and the healthy breakfast provided( breakfast was provided as per the facility chosen for additional price)..Service was a tad bit slow though all staff members were friendly, parking can be done for 2 wheelers, 4 wheeler vehicle needs to be parked outside near the hotel, not a large place for parking inside the hotel premises. It is situated a bit outside the city area so was peaceful.Places like City palace, Pichola lake, Fateh sagar lake and Hathipole market were close by, all of them covering under 30 mins ( if less traffic)

    The Room and Staff was very good but the room service was not met with expections. We mostly ask the room service around 08:00 p.m. after returning from travelling but we hardly get the fullfill any room service. I hope they will improve their room service like their rooms and Other facilities.

    We would love to there again. hotel is good and budget friendly we are traveling as couple so the hotel is suitable for us also. clean and hygienic room but bathroom might be got better as compared to room
