    I have been staying at Hotel Aashiyana for the last 3 years now. It's location which is very close to the airport makes it an excellent choice for travelers who want to use Guwahati as a transit point for other locations. The hotel has all modern amenities and the reception (especially Mr Mithun ) is extremely responsive to the customer's needs. The only aspect which was a hindrance was the fact that the hotel did not have a lift, making it difficult for folks staying on 1st or 2nd floor. I was therefore very happy to note that they are in the process of constructing a lift now. So on my next visit to the hotel I will have the lift available for my use. The hotel has a inhouse restaurant that serves hot delicious food. There are also several other eateries available nearby should one want some more options. I recommend this hotel for people planning to stay close to Guwahati airport.

    Very Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay at Hotel Asiana My experience at Hotel Asiana was extremely disappointing. The hotel is completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. • Dirty Rooms: The room was not cleaned properly. Floors, beds, and corners were dirty. • Uncomfortable Beds: They provided single beds with very poor-quality mattresses. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. • Dirty Washroom: The washroom was in terrible condition, dirty and not maintained. It did not feel safe or hygienic to use. • Shower Not Working: The shower was not working properly, which caused a lot of inconvenience. • No Basic Amenities: Basic things like proper toiletries, clean towels, and room essentials were missing. • Poor Overall Maintenance: The hotel does not care about cleanliness or guest comfort. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not worth the money at all. Management seriously needs to improve hygiene, maintenance, and basic facilities.
