Es un alojamiento a buen precio y bien ubicado (a escasos metros de la Plaza del Mercado Chico) pero hay cuestiones, en mi opinión, a tener en cuenta: no se trata de un hotel u hostal con plantilla presencial. La comunicación es a través de mensajes o WhatsApp y esto puede no ser lo ideal para todo el mundo. En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, aunque nosotros la solicitamos antes de las 9 de la mañana, me indicaron a las 15h, que se haría entre esa hora y las 17h, lo cual, si duermes siesta (o mi hijo, en este caso), no es lo ideal. Se lo comuniqué a los responsables del hotel y aceptaron la crítica. La limpieza, a mi gusto, no es excelente, pero sí es suficiente. Y los muebles y enseres de la habitación son antiguos. No hay aíre acondicionado y, a pesar de que las opiniones de otros viajeros ya destacan que no hay ascensor, y nosotros lo sabíamos, es cierto que subir tres pisos por edad escaleras se hace un poco pesado.
