The place has a lot of potential. There is a lot of construction going on in the hotel. Cleaning is not very good. There is a lot of areas that needed more attention (frigerator area, chair, around the bed). There was a lot of trash around the mattress and the refrigerator. The bathroom walls needed a lot of work. A lot of Grab drivers dont like to go to the hotel because of the streets leading to the hotel. It is best to walk a while before bookjng your grab. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very peaceful if you can drown out the sports gields next door.

No housekeeping on the following days. The room is quite dirty with lots of ants. Reasonable price with friendly staff.
