    The customer service here is non-existent. Staff members spend their time mocking guests and making inappropriate, derogatory comments to other visitors (including calling guests "stupid" and derogatory terms like "schizophrenic"). It creates an uncomfortable, toxic atmosphere. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

    It's good for the price. Steep staircase so if your room is on the 3rd floor and you have a heavy bag/heavy luggage, maybe you should tell the owner to change your room. Strong, cool aircon. Warm water coming from the shower. Overall clean and that's what matters. Hair dryer there, but not working. Own bathroom and refrigerator. In Nonthanburi, not in Bangkok (but near Bangkok). It's really good for the price.

    If you're looking for a day or two affordable stay and you will only be using the room for sleeping only then it's fine otherwise not that good. Staff on hand don't speak english.
