So when we arrived the front desk manager informed us of a new policy to pay for parking. He was kind of rude about it and you don't get a second chance for a first impression. It's near a few restaurants and some shopping and the rest of the staff was great. If you can't afford the restaurants it is conveniently located near 2 grocery stores. Also it happened to be during some basketball tournament, so there were teenagers running in the hall until very late. Lastly the phone didn't work to call the front desk and there weren't enough towels. Although the poo; was very small it was a pool. For the number of guests and the price of the hotel I expected a larger pool. However they did accommodate us travelling with a toddler with a play pen and the complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this hotel and possibly return, I would ask the front desk supervisor be replaced because his supporting staff had me question how he was in charge.
