I previously stayed at this hotel in July and Aug of 2026. First off let me start off by saying I booked this reservation through a third-party app that takes reservations for hotels. The property is extremely well priced for the all the rooms. They are not overly priced at all if anything they are underpriced but you're getting everything and more for the money you are spending. What your getting is fantastic customer service from the front desk & house keeping staff. The rooms are very clean, residents are so incredibly friendly and with that being said, between the staff and the residents being as nice and friendly as they are, it's like everybody is one big large family and they all watch out for each other and take care of each other regardless of what the situations may be. I have never stayed at a hotel where you get this kind of caring and friendliness from staff and residents. I am a deputy US Marshal and a federal Air Marshal for the United States. I do a lot of traveling and have stay in hotels all around the world, but never have I experienced the things that I have mentioned above. I had to retire recently due to many tragic events that have occurred in my life over the last year or so as I have been through hell from life and finances. I explained my situations to the staff which entailed everything from major deaths in my family and dogs to a fairly new home burning to the ground and losing everything to having a stroke being in the hospital about dozen times and going through homelessness which is still currently the case and having my spouse murder at a shooting that took place within our city that left many many people dead and the lives of families and friends devastated forever. With all of this being said these are the things I've explained to the staff and the way they treated me like I've stated above is something that I will in all honesty cherish and remember for the rest of my life. Last thought, if you are wanting to stay at a great place then you should not even think twice or be hesitant about staying at this place. As I promise you'll see how friendly the residents and the staff are at this place and you'll want to tell others and come back yourself.

Awesome place

Seems they got rid of the roaches finally. I did not see even one small roach anywhere, The room was clean. I have not stayed here in over two year. For the price, it was acceptable.

Upon arrival, I had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes, as the only employee was out telling someone to be quiet because it sounded like they were bowling in the their room. The employee was very nice. While unloading the car, you can immediately notice that this hotel has a lot of long-term “residents.” Several people sitting outside their rooms, blasting music and smoking weed. People visibly doing drugs near the gas station across the parking lot. The room is nothing special. Quiet. It was somewhat clean. Linens were clean. There were a couple bugs. Mold in the bathroom. Smells musty. Holes in the walls in furniture. Dents and scratches in appliances. Also, the floor is somehow warped/sinking. Overall, we will not stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone, especially those with children, unless you really only care about getting an affordable night’s sleep.
