    I have booked this hotel based on the pictures posted but the staff is unfriendly. 1.Allocated the twin bed instead of the superior kind room booking . When requested staff mentioned this is what they have at this moment. 2. Requested Room service to clean the room they didn't clean properly . 3. bed sheets and couch is dirty . 4. Refrigerator is not working 5. Plugs also spoiled . Worse experience on the brand .
