    There was a pungent cleaning smell in the room. The bathtub had a stain in it. It was the cheapest place I could find. You get what you pay for. I get it. The staff was present in the lobby and available. That was nice.

    Pros: Owner was kind and respectful. Room was clean with working AC/heat, fridge and hot shower / strong water pressure. Fresh coffee in office for the morning. We paid under **$ for the night and were very happy with the price. Cons: Was it luxurious? No. Strong perfume smell from cleaning. Exposed gaps under the room door to outside where bugs may be able to enter Very dim lighting in the room without curtains open Dated interior, bathroom fixtures in fair to poor condition, but in fair working order. Overall super happy with our stay for the value. We just wanted a safe and affordable place to spend the night as a stop on a road trip, and value was on our mind

    The 11 year old kid that checked me in was actually very professional and competent. The room was the worst I've ever stayed in. Bar none. Will do better at booking the conference hotel on time next time. I actually left a day earlier than I wanted due to the dirty, moldy room and the noise that woke me at 0130.
