We stayed for 3 nights and kept hearing a loud banging noise all night that woke us up. It was happening about every 30 minutes. The first night I complained, and they moved us to a temporary room and said maintenance would check it out. The second night it was still happening. Maintenance came and told us to set the fan manually, but it didn’t fix the problem. I eventually turn it off. By the third night, thank you for the allergy medicine — it was the only way I could finally get some sleep.

During my 4 days stay in this hotel, 2 times where the housekeeping forgot to clean my room. I have informed the front desk to get my room mark for cleaning each time before we go out for the day.
However, when i came back to a dirty room, reception said no more housekeeping. Hotel staff Only give new towels. We have to clean our own room and throw trashed ourselves.

Fantastic location, excellent value for money.
Let down by staff that were not the most friendly or efficient, lack of hot water and poor mattress that affected sleep quality.
This should easily be the best of the group, but instead is a great value proposition in a middle of the road hotel.

The hotel charged a USD 144.48 security deposit at check-in, which was supposed to be released after check-out. However, weeks later, the refund has still not been returned to the card.
What’s worse is the customer service. I emailed the hotel 3–4 times asking for clarification, but no one replied, and no documentation or follow-up was provided.
This is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. Guests should not have to chase the property repeatedly just to get their own money back.
