    The hotel is conveniently located—just a 20-minute metro ride to Times Square and about a 13-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a good experience and good value for the location.

    We have stayed with other IHG group hotels and we’re not a fan of this one. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful and didn’t know anything about the OMNY card and looked at me super confused on what I was asking about, when information about it was actually all over buses and metros😅 We paid for 3 people, but only got two towels. There was a note in the room that we can request for toiletries so we did but we were only given toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. When you need something, you need to go down to the reception - which we weren’t informed about so we waited until the morning for the 3rd bath towel. The hotel is 12-17 mins walk from the train station. Hallways are noisy with foot stomps and door banging every night. Fire alarm went off at 6:30am on our 2nd day, woke us up and we thought we were going to have a heart attack. Otherwise, breakfast is good and room size is sufficient.
