This place has been one of the worse stays we have ever been. It is essentially an Airbnb that pretends like it is a hotel. There is no “front desk”, it is the condo’s security that can’t really do anything except tell you how to get keys when you “check in”. Your contact person is through text messages on the phone.
They require a $450 security deposit which is extremely high even compared to the security deposits in other actual hotels around the city. This was not even communicated in their policy when I booked the place. The washroom was dirty, and looked like it was barely cleaned from the last person who stayed. Bring your own indoor slippers as the floors were sticky.
No proper hand soaps in the washroom or kitchen. I took a photo of the soap they had in the washroom which didn’t even have the pump.
The worse part of this whole stay was how hot it was in the unit THE WHOLE STAY. We set the AC to 21 degrees C but it didn’t go any lower than 23.5/24 degrees C. We had miserable sleep including our 5 month old who kept waking up in the middle of the night due to how warm it was. I reached out to the property after the first night but they never addressed it and at one point, stopped responding to my messages. We were there for 3 nights.
You are better off booking with a hotel where they actually give service during your stay or an Airbnb where the host actually cares.
The only redeeming quality of this booking is the location.
