    We complained after our night stay here and were told we were going to get a response to that but we have not. The electricity went out in the hotel the night we stayed and so an emergency light came on in our room that we couldn’t switch off (see picture). We went to find the night staff to sort it out but they were not there. Someone else was locked out of the hotel on the street and couldn’t get in and also couldn’t get through to the night staff. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything! Please don’t bring children because we felt we were in the room next to us whilst they were having sex. The car park is a few minutes walk away from the hotel so keep that in mind. Overall we couldn’t sleep so we just left as early as we could. Stay somewhere else!

    Arrived late from party, waited 10 mins for porter to open front door...... 10 minutes later, found front door locked again and no way to retrieve my phone charger from the car .... NO PORTER, NO PHONE..... NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANY ONE..... IF I HAD MEDICAL EMERGENCY; THERE WAS NOTHING YOU COULD DO.... I very serious dereliction of duty in dire circumstances..... NEVER AGAIN!!!
