We stayed for 2 days at Himalaya Heaven. The room was quite decent and the basic facilities were okay.
However, a few things didn’t meet expectations:
- WiFi: The internet was very slow and unreliable throughout our stay.
- Breakfast & Service: On the first day, we got a complimentary breakfast, but the options were very limited. When we politely asked for 2 extra coffees, the staff said no to our face without any explanation. They could have simply charged us for it, but the way it was refused felt rude and unexpected.
The room and location are fine, but the staff’s attitude during that incident really left a bad impression. Management should work on guest hospitality and communication.
Hope they improve on this.
