    I'm happy with my stay at the hotel. Nothing spectacular with regards to the facilities. Breakfast was passable. Bit the service was good. Melinda added my Wechat and was ready to help when I had queries such as food delivery etc and asked if I needed extension to my checkout time. Housekeeping was very attentive when they realised that I finished all my 4 bottles of water the first night. They gave me 6 bottles the next day. Kudos.

    Alisa welcomed us and we were blown away with her service and the other female staff too (Erin). The room has great views and facilities were great.

    Cigarette smell kills the entire stay when we paid for nonsmoking rooms at nonsmoking level. We feel punished and forced to be third-hand smokers. It's absolutely disgusting in the lobby toilet where the cigarette smell was so strong and concentrated that I felt I carried that smell in my hair and clothes for the whole day. They did help to change rooms but they also do accept customers that smoke in the room at the smoking levels. And it's disappointing that there was no hand-wash liquid or soap in the lobby toilet for a 5 star hotel.

    1. I requested a special arrangement for our wedding anniversary and never received any response from the hotel. Even if there had been an additional charge, I would have appreciated a reply or some form of acknowledgment. Instead, the request was completely ignored. 2. Despite having already settled the payment, the front desk attempted to charge me again. It appeared that the staff did not fully understand English, which led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I am genuinely disappointed and question whether this is the level of professionalism one should expect from an international five-star hotel brand. Alternatively, does the quality of service depend on whether a guest is a loyalty programme member? Either way, this was my first stay with your brand, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
