    digital check in is a great feature and the location of the hotel was right on the bus and rail line from the airport. walking distance to Tech Interactive. outside of that the pool should be open before 10am especially since the sun rises at 7am and to enter the pool you have to go through the gym which is 24 hours. housekeeping didn't clean my room once and the last day of my stay I purposefully took the sign off so she could clean. when I went to check back in for the last night of my stay front desk could have inquired. lastly, it is beyond tacky that there's a sign displaying a QR code to tip housekeeping. a billon dollar hotel chain should pay their staff enough to where tipping housekeeping is not reqd especially when I am paying $***/night for a room. it ruins the experience of an actual vacation.
