    This is generally a great hotel, I would say 4 stars, but with some special shortcomings. A large hotel chain brings with it a certain rigidity, such as the fact that you can't really adjust check-in or check-out times, even if there was a good reason for it. The breakfast is pretty standard. The hotel's elevators are horrible, their operation is unclear and you often have to wait for them for an unreasonable long time. In addition, for some reason the hotel's corridors (3rd floor) have carpeting, which naturally smells bad after years of use. Otherwise, the hotel was in an excellent location in relation to the tennis center and the old town. In that sense, I am satisfied, but not to the extent that you would expect from a Hilton.

    This is my fourth time. The only negative point was very slow check in. And time spend at elevator waiting. Need more staff in check in and the number of rooms to be occupied related to elevator. need to be reviewed. Staff were noce and proffessional.
