    Absolutely amazing staff, and such an amazing hotel. Could not fault it if we tried. Although pricey, 100% worth the money and would most definitely go back.

    American Village and the beach are within 5 minutes of walking distance. The Aeon mall is right there if you need to do any quick shopping. For the facilities of the resort, we booked an executive room which had access to it's executive lounge, but the lounge's hours were slightly off and inaccessable if you want to do any site seeing so this was a downer. It would've been great if it were open till at least 9pm. Another thing to consider is the air force base is right next to the entire American Village area and they do a lot of late night air training. You'll have to get used to the 10 minute helicopter and jet sonic boom intervals.

    We travelled with a 2y kid. When we arrived, nobody help us even we had a 3 luggages, 1 baby car and 2 small bags. After everything was unloaded from the car, a hotel satff came out to get them and I walked to counter for check-in ( my husband drove to park in parallel) . After I had my key card, I couldn’t see my luggages and I saw them were left in the corner of the lobby (nobody informed me and the person who took my luggages outside wasn’t there). The staffs here were not helpful and the room looks old fashion. The price could have many better choice. The only one pros is it just located right cross to the American village, very convenient.
