    I usually never write reviews . But the hotel is Very badly maintained not value for money . Not to mention the house keeping service it was really bad . For the money they are charging there is no pool also . Regretted booking this hotel

    We recently stayed at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street and booked a Club Room, expecting an elevated experience similar to the executive lounges we’ve enjoyed at other five-star properties. The room itself was comfortable and perfectly adequate, although on the smaller side. Unfortunately, the overall Club Room and lounge experience was quite underwhelming and, in our opinion, didn’t feel like what you would expect from a five-star hotel. Some staff were genuinely wonderful, friendly and helpful, but unfortunately others appeared quite untrained and lacked the level of care and attention you would expect at this standard of property. The service felt inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was the Executive Lounge. We had expected a more premium offering, particularly having stayed at properties such as the Pan Pacific, Hyatt and Langham. While Hilton explained that breakfast is served in Luci rather than the lounge, the offering itself felt fairly basic, with a continental breakfast and additional charges for barista coffee. Compared with other executive lounges, where breakfast and quality coffee are included as part of the Club experience, this made the Club Room feel rather underwhelming given the additional cost. The evening Sunset Service from 5pm–7pm was a nice inclusion, but overall the lounge didn’t provide the elevated experience we’ve come to associate with a Club Room at a five-star property. To be fair, the hotel did respond professionally when we raised our concerns, and we appreciated them taking the feedback on board. However, for us, the combination of inconsistent service, the basic lounge offering and the overall lack of a five-star feel means we unfortunately wouldn’t be rushing back or booking a Club Room again. It’s a perfectly fine hotel, but if you’re paying a premium for a Club Room expecting a genuinely elevated five-star experience, I’d probably look at some of the other Melbourne options instead.
