    We were 3 Danish Nationals checking in together and all of our cards were closed by 3 different banks after having paid our security deposit at the reception. Hotel manager could not help up with a complementary phone call to our banks in Denmark. So we ended up paying a good 25 us for each phone call. Sad the hotel don't take responsibility for their mistakes 😔
