    This is the second time I had the same issue with this hotel. They didn’t clean the room. The bed and the blanket had a lot of hair. Idk why the manager still has not contacted me for the explanation or apology. Look like they dont care. And the front desk service was so bad. The girl didn’t care about the customer. I called them 10 times and nobody picked up the phone.

    They didn’t clean the room before give it to us. We found out so much hair on the bed. The bed sheet was so dirty. They keep all the left over food from the previous customers. The fridge was so messy. The water in the bath tub and the sink didn’t go down. It was so so bad. I hope the manager of this hotel can contact me for an explanation.

    I was expecting a great customer service nor experience due to illness of my son and flight delay I’ve asked the front desk for a late check out where they took advantage of the situation and charged me 1/2 day 80$ for 4 hours more and refused to extend another hour from r the same amount of money and threatened to charge a full day if we take an extra hour, no empathy towards guests nor their circumstances something I’ve never experienced before especially in the states
