    We stayed at Hilton Chengdu Longquanyi for 2 nights. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the room temperature could be adjusted to our preferred comfort level. The shower also had strong and stable water pressure. Taxis (DiDi) can arrive directly at the hotel entrance. However, some drivers seemed reluctant to enter the hotel premises and preferred to drop passengers off outside, just beside the main road. We had to request them to drive into the hotel premises for pick-up each time. There isn’t a metro station nearby, so it can be a little inconvenient if you do not have a car. Noted that there is a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel as the area also has residential buildings. You can easily find food and beverages just outside the hotel. Upon entering the hotel lift, you will need your room key card to access the guest room floors. Take note that some floors are open to the public, and there isn’t any security guard at the lobby. Do take note that this hotel does not offer robot delivery services. Therefore, for food deliveries, you will need to collect your order yourself from the designated collection room on the 1st floor. During our stay, there were always quite a lot of deliveries, and the staff were unable to send the food up to our room. So, you will need to go downstairs to collect your order each time. The hotel provides daily replenishment of drinking water and housekeeping services. There is also a swimming pool and gym on Level 5, and the facilities are quite spacious. Kindly note that the swimming pool is indoors, but proper swimwear is required. The reception staff help to collect parcels from the Cainiao locker, which is located about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We sent an email to the hotel requesting assistance as our parcel arrived earlier than expected. The staff replied promptly and were kind enough to help, even though this was not part of their usual duties. We really appreciated their assistance.
