Very bad experience with Hillside Heaven Hotel, Mahabaleshwar. The rooms were not clean and the overall maintenance was poor. Even the geyser was not working properly.
While booking through Agoda, it was not clearly mentioned that the room was Non-AC. Usually, if AC is not mentioned, most apps provide AC rooms by default, but here almost all room options were Non-AC and this was not properly highlighted.
The Agoda support team was also not helpful in resolving the issue. I lost my full booking amount and received no proper support from either Agoda or the hotel.
This was my first experience booking with Agoda, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. Very bad service from both Agoda and Hillside Heaven Hotel Mahabaleshwar.
