    Staff are the best part of the place, they're kind and helpful. But that's about where the praise ends, from the outside it's not great at all, the smell is pretty bad, half the rooms had cigarettes about the floors and a few old bottles used as ashtrays, my non-smoker room still smelled like smoke but I didn't notice for a while since outside it's so much worse my nose didn't know the inside smelled like smoke too. It took me a while to get in my room for a few reasons, the walk from the desk was far and I had to make it with my luggage about 5 times before I could get in because the battery in the card scanner was dead and I tried 3 different key cards with no luck, but one of the staff let me in so I could get settled so I could leave for my concert and when I got back they gave me a new key card and the battery was replace. Once I got in the room it looked pretty nice but still felt off do to the outside not being very nice, my room had two beds and one seemed kinda dirty but the other was clean, there was a flickering light in the bathroom, the shower looked gross, the toilet was super loud but rather bad at flushing. One my last day while hanging out in the room waiting to leave for the airport I ordered some food, and when I closed my door after retrieving the food there was a roach in my room on my door, it may have got in while my door was open but nonetheless, there was a roach in my room. I did not try the pool.

    The staff were very helpful, and while the sheets and other basic items in the room had been changed, which was good, there were cockroaches and other pests, making it unsanitary. In the courtyard, many people left their dogs’ feces lying around. There was a TV, but it wasn’t connected and didn’t work.

    I stayed there and unknown to me.Another person came and stayed, but I did not know whatsoever.The other person was banned , but I explained that to them , and they still banned me how was I supposed to know this person was banned? They shouldn't penalize me because I did not know and it didn't tell me when I left that day. I tried to make another reservation and check-in about in the evening. And when I called from my phone, the person at the other said, you've been banned, your phone number has been banned, how is that even possible without telling the person So\nI recommend nobody go the hillside cross whatsoever, specially at night with the third ship manager there.She is a b**** and junkie

    Had a roach in the room. Told the front desk. They said OK - that was it. Room is much smaller than it looks. Old - fixed up to look nice.
