    Very disappointing experience. We booked Hill Hara for #### and had already requested early check-in through Agoda. Although the room was available, the receptionist demanded ₹500 extra as a penalty for early check-in. His way of communicating was very manipulative, and he kept blaming Agoda instead of taking responsibility. He also refused to cancel the booking. Not a professional way to handle guests.

    Positives were the location (5 mins from Alipiri), there was a smart tv and bed was ok..however room was very poorly maintained, bedsheets were in a bad shape, had to get them changed…floor looked like it was never mopped…cant recommend at all
