    The images are shot in a very misleading fashion. The stay feels like a 3 star hotel at best but they are charging 5 star hotel prices. My room had mould and lizards. No housekeeping was done during my stay. The staff seemed nice but very amateur at their jobs. The massage my fiancé got was really bad and was given by a person who was clearly not a masseuse but just one of the hotel staff. Even though it says 24 hour reception that is not the case, at 620 am I had to wait till 7 am to check out because the receptionist who stayed just one floor above could not come down till 7 because that was apparently when his shift started. The hotel (it is not really a resort) is right in front of the highway and can get annoying during high traffic times in the evening, and the rooms are not really sound proof. The hot water would come for 10 minutes before it ran out and we had to wait for the geyser to fill up again. Overall a very disappointing stay. If it was cheaper then understandable but for the price of 9k per night, not worth it. A few good things however was that the views of Coorg from the room were beautiful and the included breakfast was decent.

    I would recommend checking the room category carefully before booking. **Avoid the Garden View rooms**, as they are quite average and, in my opinion, do not justify the price of around ₹5,000 per night. The **Hill View rooms are comparatively better** and offer a more pleasant experience. The food is also on the expensive side, especially the bread. I was charged **₹100 per piece**, whereas a neighbouring resort was charging around ₹50. Other food items also seemed considerably more expensive compared to nearby options. On the positive side, the **resort staff are very supportive, polite, and helpful**, which was one of the best aspects of our stay. However, cleanliness needs improvement. **The towels and bedsheets were not properly clean**, which was disappointing considering the room tariff. Overall, the resort has potential, but at around ₹5,000 per night, I expected better room quality, cleanliness, and more reasonable food prices. If you decide to stay here, I would suggest choosing a Hill View room rather than a Garden View room.
