    I believe her name was Veronica, her customer service was phenomenal. I was worried about my trailer at night in the parking lot and she walked me outside to show me where I can park, and that there is staff on site 24/7. She told me about the cameras and that she has not experienced any break ins. Over all... I stayed there because of her great customer service. But the room was clean and it was very quiet.

    I've always stayed at the Hill country Inn year 2012, 2013 and now 2026. It's my go to place to stay. Rioms have definitely changed and for the better. Better linens and better showers. I'm hands down great place to stay and we live it is pet friendly. Staff are very friendly: checkin was great and housekeeping stipped by our room the morning and took our dirty towels and handed me clean towels. She was sweetheart!

    Right off the main road makes for a noisy night, not to mention the really old, loud a/c that sounds like a motorbike when running. It was clean but towel racks were rusty, tub faucets and toilet seat were loose. Internet is pretty non existent. Connection is easy, but speed doesn’t allow tv streaming or phone scrolling. The lady was very nice and accommodating which made up some for the accommodations.
