I was woken up at 04:00 by ichy hands and switched on the light and there was teo bed bugs.Stayed awake with lights on until morning. I went to report to the italiano lady at reception and she and the cleaning lady came to attack whilst having breakfast instead of apologising.We stool there arguing and I had to fetch my pillow which was abit stained as I killed a bed bug.Thé ladies were very rude..

The room 219. (fyi: you can find in this room a portugese, homeless man, housed by gov, he calls himself the african ma. Well this guy is just a nasty piece of work and here is why: he asked me not to talk, he asked me not to have any snacks in the room. He was playing music on a loud speaker, black music or rap music (music about shooting people, gangs and yeah man, bro ...) he asked me if i have any weed or hash (or something like that). Also at some stage this homeless man was asking me to behave better (or something like that). Not to forget, he likes the room warmer than a sauna. He never opens the window. And washing ... its time consuming.
The Staff: really nice staff. A big thank you to Monica with all her help.
The place: it has a nice swimming room and is not far from Aqua Shopping Centre.
