    I had a very good stay. The room was very neat & clean, and the hotel's location was excellent right near the hilltop. I was very satisfied with my stay and would like to stay here again in the future.

    Henmil Vagator is a fantastic choice if you prioritize location and affordability. The staff is very welcoming, and I’ve enjoyed my stays here enough to return twice now. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small, but for the price and convenience, it’s an easy recommendation. 10/10.

    My experience was disappointing. Before making the payment, I specifically asked if everything in the room was working and the receptionist assured me that everything was fine. However, after checking in and completing the payment, I discovered that the TV was not working because the Tata Sky connection was inactive. When I asked the receptionist, he had no idea about the issue and only seemed to know the amount he had to collect. Later, after further inquiry, he casually mentioned, *"Wo to bahut dinon se Tata Sky nahi chal raha,"* which clearly means they were already aware of the problem but failed to disclose it beforehand. In addition, basic amenities were missing. There was no dental kit and the bathroom amenities were also absent. The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency. If the TV wasn't working and essential amenities were unavailable, this should have been communicated before taking full payment. I hope the management improves its maintenance standards and trains the front desk staff to provide accurate information to guests.
