    My experience at Hemara Suites was disappointing. There was no clear information provided regarding the check-in process, which made the arrival experience frustrating. Despite having already paid, I was asked for additional charges without a satisfactory explanation. The bathroom was built on an elevated platform, which is not suitable or safe for elderly guests and can be inconvenient for anyone with mobility concerns. The extra bedding provided was inadequate and came without a proper blanket, making it uncomfortable to use. Parking was another major issue. The staff created unnecessary complications regarding parking, and I eventually had to park my car on the street. Overall, the lack of communication, unexpected charges, poor room setup, and parking difficulties made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with elderly members or guests traveling by car.

    Total fake reviews, my experience is very bad, after paid booking amount Thay charged 700 pr night for extra mattresse, i already mentioned in agoda app my kids details.
