Good size room with comfy bed.
AC + fan in the room.
Electric kettle and tv also in the room.

The owner kindly waited for us even though we arrived past midnight. I had booked a room with twin beds, but we were pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious room that could accommodate five people. Overall, it’s a decent and convenient place to stay near the airport.

I stayed here for one night,worst experience i had in this hotel and hotel staff who is taking care of HD HOUSE,reception LADY.
* First if ask for one bottle water,she asking for money money,(i spent 7 days in whole northern vietnam i no need to pay for water in any of hotels except this HD house)
* No more elevator to the floors.(i got 3rd floor, i need to carry my luggage on my shoulder to the room)
* If ask for coffee or sugar which include in room service they never give and said pay for coffee from her shop.
* i paid for one bottle 350 ml(10.000vnd)water (which was necessary for my long travel to india),
i asked for normal water,but she gave iced one,she forced to gave me and say go go....this is very bad and rubbish attitude on staffs.
* The place is near to airport,but later i knew there is some good hotels too for one night.
* one room on 4th floor AC was not working,the family on that room later shifted to lower one.This is not enough good on hotels mainly which are running on near to the airports.
* not recommend for indians...not a good place to stay reagarding food...
(for indians,better to have dinner from indian hotels in hanoi and come here for stay only for early morning flights)
