Had the best family gathering experience at Hawks Cay

We paid a lot for a 2 bedroom villa and it turned out to be like a subpar airbnb. It doesn’t have basics like salt or pizza cutter, it has broken glasses and dirty utensils put away. The furniture and rugs are old and stained. The resort facilities are overcrowded and room wasn’t ready at check-in time.

I would say that as much as we love Hawks Cay, our unit on the 3rd under my son Steven Cabret 2203, the bathroom shower tile is in terrible condition. The stay at Sanctuary Village unit 7215 under my name Ana English - the pool flooring is rough and peeling, it was hard on the feet. We were a bit disappointed in the conditions of the lounge chairs - many are not in good condition. The lines at the breakfast/coffee area were really long and slow service. When at Coral Cay area the pool was excellent- the children’s pirate ship/slide needs updating. Not SRE we’ll be returning for a while.
