Pleasant staff , great breakfast cook to order egg and omlete station Suite style rooms very clean Beds were decent Bus to American dream /met life 3 stops right out front runs til 1am Advertised paid shuttle during day

This was a nightmare. First my room was not ready when we arrived. I had to wait for an hour and a half in,our families room, until it was cleaned. They added a $150.00 holding fee to the room before you can get the keys, which was not told when I booked. So, we go out to get food and come back to the room, which now is infested with these flying bugs all over the walls, the ceiling, the tv and even on the bed. They look like moths crossed with mosquitoes and bees and some are as big as wasps. My kids are screaming and crying and just traumatized at this point. I go to the front desk, after taking all of my belongings out of the room and taking pictures and videos of them. They decided to give me a room 2 doors down on the same floor. Absolutely not! I demanded that they give me another room on a different floor and there are 9 floors in the hotel. The guy tried to convince me it was going to be ok and all the rooms were taken already. After I refused several times they conveniently found one available 2 floors up. Great, but I had king beds before and now I have double beds and no money was taken off or even suggested any type of compensation for this fiasco or inconvenience. Just, I'm so sorry. The rude lady at the front desk even had a nerve to tell me I couldn't sit in the chairs in the lobby, after all I just went through. Needless to say I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff were very polite and courteous except for the one lady who was rude to everyone. The room was sufficient but needs to definitely be upgraded and carpets shampooed. The breakfast was not as listed. They served the something everday, with no nonpork meat, which was a major reason I chose this hotel. I did, however, enjoy the omelet station. The pool is VERY small and not heated either, so take heed. For that amount of money, I would not return or recommend this hotel
